  6pm, Wal-Mart McDonalds at 1441 Hutchinson Park Drive Jax 32211...I ordered a Dbl QP w/cheese meal...simple, right? Nope, when my order arrived, the fries were great, hot and perfect, but the dbl QP looked like a crime scene, the bun was old and hard, the meat was burnt, dry, broken and crooked, no mustard, 1, (one), tiny sliver of onion, just a nasty wreck that looked half-assed and lazily prepared. I took it to the Mgr, Melanie, and another was brought out but, LOL, it was worse than the first...the McIdiot, Shawn, took the same insides and threw them on another bun that was ALSO hard and old, the pickles were not even on the burger this time but tossed into the burger box as an afterthought...everything that was wrong with the first one was ALSO wrong with the second, but worse, smh.......so I took that burger back to the Mgr, (who was a joy to deal with btw), but I stopped her from ordering another one because if he cant make a burger competently the first time, then, also screw up the second in the exact same manner, but worse, then only a moron would tempt fate again, so I told her to forget it, I didnt want another one and went back to my table to finish my fries and drink...thats when the Mgr, who was absolutely beside herself and apologizing profusely, gave me a full refund without me even asking...quality customer service at McD's? WHAT?? I felt bad for her...and I told her it wasnt her that was the problem, that she can only work with the employees shes given and cant do everything herself. I will revisit Melanie's McDonalds, but I will make sure Shawn is nowhere NEAR the grill.
  
  If you dont want the job, dude, and could care less about the customers or the food, then quit and leave it for somebody who does. Those 2 stars are for the Mgr only, shes a credit to managers everywhere and an excellent example of food service professionalism....but, please, get somebody else for the grill...anybody.

  Garbage in a shopping cart in the dining room area .. So many flies you couldn't even dine in not to mention dirty tables. I requested a refund
